Avoid Bitcoin Network Fees? Alternatives and Work Around

Today I sent money from my Coinbase to an exchange and noticed a $16.00 network fee on transaction of about $250 in Bitcoin. My jaw about dropped. So I made this video to assist with an alternative to network fees. I hope this works. If not I do apologize. Also in the comments share your information about avoiding Network Fees on Bitcoin.
