Currently the new users to cryptocurrency has overwhelmed the present infrastructure of websites including exchanges and other resources. We should all be more patient and mature a bit. Including myself. Instead of complaining and playing the blame game, we should look at what we can do to solidify the cryptocurrency market for the long haul instead of pointing fingers ungratefully.
