Even in a Sea of Green at the moment, Litecoin is standing out as a big winner for the day. The Litecoin Foundation announced that they are launching the specifications for the Litepay program on February 26, 2018.

With hardly 2 weeks left before the first phase of the release, will Litecoin (LTC) see some significant gains? Only time will truly tell, as I'm not a wizard or anything but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. -Steve from Altcoin Buzz
