MASSIVE MILESTONE FOR BITCOIN | Chiliz Partners with Enjin for NFTs | Is BTC Decentralized?

Bitcoin has something to boast about. It has surpassed 500 million transactions since going live over 11 years ago.

The site provides data on BTC, showing realtime bitcoin node stats. A section titled “Transactions” shows a variety of different stats, including transaction sets, transactions accepted per second, etc. The information about the history of transactions is available in the graph called “Total Historical Transactions.”

For Bitcoin, a few powerful institutions reign over mining, and all of them are Chinese. Thus, it turned out that as of January 27, 2020, five Chinese-based pools provide 49.9% of the computing power of the bitcoin network. These pools include BTC.com, AntPool, F2Pool, BTC.top, and ViaBTC.
Moreover, they are all interconnected through the BitDeer platform. The latter enables consumers to rent mining capacities without the need to purchase and adjust equipment. To add, BitDeer is a partner of Bitmain, the manufacturer of ASIC miners.

Enjin ENJ has partnered with Chiliz CHZ, which will use the Enjin platform to mint NFTs for their partners.
