What if I told you that institutions are enriching themselves through a private pyramid-like investment strategy surrounding Bitcoin, that’s SEC approved, and it’s retail investors who are paying the price. But, that it’s also good for Bitcoin. Ok, that one made me feel dirty.

Today ladies and gentlemen today I will provide proof that this is being conducted at a massive scale, and is very morally grey. Which must be how they got their name. I will tell you what the ‘Grayscale Effect’ truly is, and how it has been significantly inflating the price of Bitcoin, Eth too now. With no end in sight.

But according to a just filed SEC submission, Tesla has acquired $1.5 billion in Bitcoin. “we invested an aggregate $1.50 billion in bitcoin under this policy and may acquire and hold digital assets from time to time or long-term.” Fantastic news. But it gets even better.

It does say they may or may not liquidate it, I’m pretty sure that’s necessary legal speak in case they change their mind. I wouldn’t at all be surprised to see them hold onto at least, most if not all. I don’t know. It’s difficult to get Bitcoin, and this is a fantastic way for them to acquire it. Now why is this such a big deal, why is everyone talking about it. Tesla is obviously a very forward thinking company, revolutionizing the electric car industry. One of the reasons Elon was able to pull off the meteoric rise of his company, was in part, by being so transparent on Twitter.

Now you may think I’m minimizing Elons accomplishments here. He mostly posts absolute crap on Twitter, it’s very true. But his level of transparency about his business operations has endeared him and garneded him a lot of avid fans. That’s difficult to determine exactly how valuable a thing that is, but it’s obvious that it’s a very powerful thing.

So the richest single person on the planet, showing the example to tens of millions of devoted followers and other corporations worldwide. What could be better. I wish he didn’t tweet about Dogecoin. I didn’t see here you bought $1.5 bill of Doge anywhere? Funny that. Anyway. Back to what institutions don’t want you know.
