Have you ever tried to post a link for a YouTube video onto Facebook and come up with a chopped up, distorted thumbnail? Doesn't exactly make clicking on the link look appealing. In this video, I discuss what I've done to skirt this issue and ensure that the thumbnails I post are engaging.
